Our First XV competes in the Counties 1 Herts, London & SE Division.

Under the guidance of our professional coaching team, the first team undergoes rigorous training sessions tailored weekly to meet the specific needs of the squad. This customized approach ensures that each player is prepared to perform at their best, adapting to new strategies and honing their skills. The Clubhouse offers excellent changing facilities, hot showers, and refreshments for players after each session, providing a comfortable environment to recover and socialize. For those experiencing discomfort or injuries, we also provide physiotherapy sessions to help players recover quickly and maintain peak physical condition.
