LooseHeadz is rugby’s mental health charity, doing incredible, life-saving work across the game. They harness the power of rugby to spark open conversations and break down the stigma around mental health—creating a community where it’s okay to speak up and seek support.

Every penny raised goes directly to LooseHeadz – helping us tackle the stigma, place a mental health champion at every rugby club in the world, and ultimately save lives.
