After many years pulling on the Camelot shirt as a player, followed by successful spells playing at a high level with several other clubs, Charlie returned home to Camelot as Head Coach for the past two seasons.
As he now steps back from rugby to focus on his growing business and young family, we want to take a moment to recognise the incredible contribution he has made to the club.
Charlie took charge of one of the youngest senior squads Camelot has seen in many years and helped shape it into a competitive, successful team. His commitment to developing players created opportunities for a large number of Colts to make the step up into senior rugby, giving them invaluable experience and helping secure the future of the club.
Under his leadership, three senior players earned selection to represent Hertfordshire this season — a testament to the culture, standards and belief he has helped build.
More importantly, Charlie leaves Camelot in a strong position, with a talented group of players, a positive environment, and a solid foundation for future success.
